CCRT Properties provides affordable housing for all types of residents, from the first-time renter to the life-time renter. With property locations from Shorewood to Bay View and Waukesha to Greendale as well as Wausau and Rockford, Illinois, we have a diverse portfolio with something for everyone: studios, one, two and three bedrooms, with 1, 1.5 or 2 baths. We have units with heat included and without, as well as properties with and without air conditioning. Some locations have central air. Whatever your needs are, we hope you will look at what we have to offer and find your new home with us.

Mission Statement

CCRT Properties' goal is to provide clean, well-maintained, affordable residential apartments to our residents. We strive for cleanliness throughout, from the apartment itself to the common areas, including the basements. We take great pride in hearing that our units are the cleanest a prospective resident has seen. We believe in providing the basics; no bells and whistles that drive up rental prices. You will find our apartments up-to-date from carpeting to appliances to window treatments.

Company Profile

CCRT Properties manages property owned by the founders of the company. We do not manage properties for other unrelated owners, nor do we actively buy and sell properties. This gives our staff time to concentrate on the important things such as friendly, courteous on-site managers and maintenance employees, as well as apartment updates. We have office employees and on-site managers who have been with us for over 30 years and several managers who retired with as many years of dedication. Hard work and stability play a large part in our successful business operations.

History

Formed in 1967, CCRT Properties boasts 40 years in the rental business. With four owners and four main employees, we have seen it all, from good rental markets to bad. CCRT has always held its own during the bad times and knows how to appreciate the good times. Starting out with offices in the downtown area, operating a successful brokerage business while building its portfolio, CCRT moved to its present location in 1985. The brokerage business was sold and CCRT's owners were able to concentrate solely on managing the rental properties.
